You have a 14-day right to cancel when you shop on the Website. Are you a member of clubhummel you have a full 100-day right to cancel your order. This right to cancel starts from the date on which you receive the item(s). If this deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline will be extended to the following working day. 

Please note that any items or gift returns will be refunded to the same payment method used when placing the order.


1. Use your returns label
Please use the return label enclosed in the parcel. If it's missing, please contact our customer service. Please note that returning an item will incur a return fee. If you choose to use the enclosed return label, the return fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. See the specific return fee for your country under our FAQ.

2. Get your parcel ready for returning
Carefully pack your items and attach the return label to the parcel. Make sure this is clearly visible, and that neither the address nor the barcode are covered.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have several returns, these should be sent separately as refunds cannot be processed together.

3. Returning your item
Drop of the package at your nearest post office or parcelshop. It is important to remember to get a receipt as proof of postage. We unfortunately cannot refund or replace a lost parcel without the proof of postage. ‚Äč

Please note: All returns must be in the same condition in which they were received. The items must not be damaged, dirty or used (other than trying them on), and tall price tags and labels must be intact. 


If you choose not to use the return label we provide, then you are responsible for returning your package. In this case hummel is unable to track your return.

Please include your name, address and order number on the return package as the sender information. Please note we do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery.


Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can make a new order on Goods bought on sale or with a discount code can only be purchased at the same price if the sale price is still valid in the online store.


Once your return has been registered in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your money as quickly as possible. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the time we receive your package until your money is refunded to your account.

The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. How long it takes for your account to be credited depends on your bank and what payment method you used when ordering.


You may receive a partial refund or even no refund at all. This happens in cases where the value of the goods has deteriorated, such as:

  • you have actually used the item
  • the product has picked up an odour such as perfume or smoke, or shows some other sign of use/wear 
  • it was damaged while you were responsible for it
  • you have handled the goods in a way that was more than necessary for evaluating the quality, features and function
  • you have failed to follow the limitations on the right to change your mind in regards to the seals, product, etc.
  • the product seal or packaging is missing or damaged to such an extent that it affects the value of the product. Packaging for clothing may be opened.
  • you have chosen a player number with the purchase of a National team jersey



Our products have a 2-year warranty period. If you have made your purchase at, you can receive a refund if the complaint is upheld. You can submit a complaint by sending an email to When you make a complaint, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue, attaching a photo of the item.

Depending on the situation, you may then receive further instructions.

If you have made your purchase with one of our retailers, please contact them. The retailer will then process the complaint in accordance with their complaints policy. Unfortunately, we cannot process complaints about products purchased from retailers other than,,,,, and



If you have received damaged goods, you should use the same procedure as described above for complaints.



In the case you have received either incorrect goods or the incorrect size of what you ordered, please contact our customer service, and return the items. Unfortunately, we cannot resend the original order. Instead, we will refund your money and you can place your order again. In case of incorrect or damaged goods the return shipping is free.
