You'll receive your order within 1-3 business days. Please note longer delivery times may occur during product launches and sales.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
As a member of clubhummel you'll get free shipping on all standard deliveries. If you are not a member of clubhummel, we offer free delivery on all orders above 400 DKK. For orders below 400 DKK delivery is available at a cost of 25 DKK if you choose delivery to a parcel shop or 45 DKK to an address in Denmark.
WHO DELIVERS MY PARCEL?
You parcel will be shipped with PostNord. You'll receive an email when your parcel has been shipped.
ARE YOU IN DOUBT IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation means that your order has been placed / gone through to us. We reserve the right to cancel an order, if one of the following situations appear:
- An item is sold out/out of stock
- Your billing details are incorrect or can’t be confirmed
- You are under 16 years old or under an older age, if the age requirement to enter an agreement with hummel is higher than the applicable law
- There was an error in the price shown on the website
- We couldn’t deliver to the address you provided
You will receive a mail if your order is cancelled.
When you receive a mail with your delivery order details, we finally confirm your purchase.
