Welcome to clubhummel (“loyalty programme”), the hummel loyalty programme for anyone who loves sport, play and community. The loyalty programme is operated by:

When we refer to "you” or “your” we are referring to you as the person acceding to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to your membership in clubhummel, and by becoming a member of the loyalty programme, you also agree to be bound by these terms. By registering for the loyalty programme, you also agree to be bound by our normal digital terms and conditions of sale.
Please read these terms carefully.
1. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
To become a member of the clubhummel loyalty programme, you must be at least 16 years old and be a legal resident of either Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Spain, or Denmark. If you are at least 16 years old but not yet 18, you must also have consent from a parent or guardian before you can register for clubhummel. Your parent or guardian must read and accept these terms. By registering for clubhummel, you confirm that you meet these membership requirements.

If you meet the above criteria for membership, you can register for clubhummel below on this page or by filling out a digital registration form in a physical hummel store. It is not necessary to purchase products to become a member of clubhummel. Only one account per person is allowed. If you register for the loyalty programme, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when requested in the registration form.
3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Once you have registered for clubhummel, you get immediate access to several benefits only for members. In some cases, we may change, remove, or add certain benefits with or without prior notice. In addition, the following applies to the current membership benefits:
3.1. SIGN-UP POINTS
After registering for the loyalty programme, you receive 150 points directly in your clubhummel account. The points can be used to buy new hummel products and can be used immediately or saved for later. The points will be valid for a limited period and certain product exclusions may apply. You will be advised of any restrictions and terms.
3.2. POINT SYSTEM
3.2.1. Earning of points
As a member of clubhummel, you earn points for doing a number of different activities on an ongoing basis. You earn points when you:
- sign up for clubhummel
- make a purchase from the webshop
- use our re.hummel recycling universe and send used hummel products back to us
- complete satisfaction surveys about the loyalty programme and our customer service
- have a birthday
3.2.2. Value of points
The points you get depends on your activity.
When you purchase an item, you get 10% of the product price as points. For example, you will get 50 points on your member’s account when purchasing a product for 500 DKK. You always get points based on the current price of the product. I.e. if the product you are purchasing is on sale, you get points based on the product’s sale price.
The value of your points is converted to DKK so you can use them as a (partial) payment for future orders. The DKK value of your points corresponds to 20%. I.e. 50 points gives you 10 DKK 2 to shop with. See the overview of the points value below.

The number of points you receive for other activities will be stated at the start of the activity.
NOTE! If you return a product, you will lose the points you earned by purchasing the product. The points will automatically be removed from your account once we have received and registered your returned product. If you used existing points as (partial) payment for a product that you later return, these points will be added to your account again once the returned product is registered in our system.
3.2.3. Using of points
Your earned points can be used immediately once they are registered in your member account. There is thus no minimum limit for when you can use your points as (partial) payment.
When the points are registered in your account depends on your activity. For example, the points will appear on your account as soon as you have received a delivery confirmation of your purchase. It is clearly indicated for each activity when the points will be registered.
Your points are converted to a DKK value and can be deducted from the amount of your next order. If you want to use your existing points as (partial) payment for an order, simply tick the option for points payment during checkout. It will eventually also be possible to donate the value of your points to charity.
Your earned points must be used within one year of your registration for the loyalty programme. The expiration date of your points will always be visible to you – in your user profile, during checkout and other places in the clubhummel universe.
3.2.4. Promotions etc.
There will periodically be various promotions that allow you to earn more points. We will notify you when the promotions take place, along with their terms and conditions.
3.3. PRODUCTS ONLY FOR MEMBERS
You will have access to purchasing products that are only available for members of clubhummel. These products will be clearly marked with a “members only” badge. The products will be available as long as supplies last.
3.4. OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS FOR MEMBERS ONLY
As a clubhummel member, you get access to offers and discounts that are exclusively available to members. The duration of the offer period may vary and there may be certain restrictions associated with the offer or promotion. You will be notified of these at the start of the offer/promotion. Our standard terms and conditions for offers will also apply. If the offer is via a discount code, this will be for single use. Discount codes will have a limited validity period and a maximum discount value, which you will be notified of upon receiving the discount code. Certain product exclusions may apply, and discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
3.5. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
As a clubhummel member, you always get free shipping on standard deliveries – regardless of the size of your order. You also get a full 100 days of free returns on all your orders.
3.6. PRE ACCESS
As a clubhummel member, you get pre access to sales and in some cases new products. The duration of the pre access may vary from product to product. Our standard terms and conditions for sales of products will apply.
3.7. ACCESS TO RE.HUMMEL
As a clubhummel member, you get access to re.hummel, which is the hummel recycling universe. You earn points by sending your used hummel clothing back to us so that we can reuse it – either in the form of resale or by using the old material in new ways.
4. USING THE ACCOUNT
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and member account confidential and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur while using your password and account. The loyalty programme is for personal use only, and therefore you must not share your clubhummel membership and/or password with others. You must immediately inform hummel customer service of unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
You agree that you may not:
- provide access to, use, reproduce, modify, download, sell, transfer, publish or otherwise make your clubhummel membership available for commercial purposes
- take actions or measures that may damage, interrupt or otherwise interfere with the operation of the loyalty programme
- misuse your membership in the loyalty programme or use it for illegal or unauthorised purposes (including but not limited to transmitting computer viruses through your account or using your account in a manner that is discriminatory, offensive, abusive, malicious, defamatory or that violates or infringes on the rights of others)
- transfer, sell or trade (or attempt to transfer, sell or trade) your benefits, points or exclusive membership offers.
5. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
You can unsubscribe from clubhummel at any time via your profile or by contacting our customer service. You unsubscribe by deleting your clubhummel profile: Select “Profile”, “Settings” and “Delete profile”. Please note that if you unsubscribe, you cannot be logged in when you shop with us at www.hummel.dk. If you delete your membership, you will lose any remaining points in your points balance.
hummel reserves the right and may at any time at its own discretion and without notice use, interpret, revoke, change, restrict, cancel or adjust clubhummel and/or its terms and conditions, rules, regulations or benefits. Such changes will take effect 14 days from the date you were notified of them either online or via email (or a combination thereof). If you do not want to accept the changes, you can delete your membership at any time.
hummel also reserves the right to make minor changes to the loyalty programme and its applicable terms and conditions without notice, as long as the changes do not materially affect the membership in a negative way. Make sure to keep up-to-date with the terms and conditions. You can always find the latest version of the terms and conditions at hummel.dk.
5.3. BREACH OF RULES
Any breach of the rules for clubhummel, any proven or suspected misuse, breach of terms and conditions, one year of inactivity on your profile, presentation of incorrect data or any action contrary to the interests of hummel may result in exclusion from and/or affect your right to be a member of clubhummel. If you right to be a member of clubhummel is cancelled, all points will automatically expire.
